Wow and a year later

So it has been a year since i updtated My track blog. Actually my mom wrote the first one so I have never ever in my life updated this blog. But if you do follow this I thuoght I would let you know what's happening in my track life.
I am headed of to school to run track in New Mexico. Go to my other blog if you would like to ready about college or things other than track.
I will be running the 400m Hurdles and also my personal favorite the Heptathlon, which is seven events all spun into one.
I am really looking forward to hell when I move 6600 feet above sea level and start training. I will let you know how that goes for me. I am betting the first couple weeks this blog is full of "I hate" and "will be the death of me" then I will get use to it and relax and get down to real business and finish what my coaches have planned for me; which is All-American my freshman year. That is a huge deal if I get that done.

Off To Iowa

Leaving at 4:30 a.m. to head over to Omaha for the two hour drive to Des Moines, Iowa for 2009 Jr. Olympics. Can't Wait!!!
